Gathering | Many and One
We are many, yet we are one.
We are sep’rate, yet bound in his love.
And together we are all his hands and his feet,
bringing mercy and peace to this world.
We are many and one.
We are fallen but we are forgiven;
broken and scattered, yet being made whole
by our redeemer, one Lord and one savior,
the shepherd who gathers us all,
gathers us all.
We are many, yet we are one.
We are sep’rate, yet bound in his love.
And together we are all his hands and his feet,
bringing mercy and peace to this world.
We are many and one.
Responsorial Psalm | Ps. 95 If Today
If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (x2)
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (x2)
Come, let us sing joyfully to the LORD;
let us acclaim the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving;
let us joyfully sing psalms to him.
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (x2)
Come, let us bow down in worship;
let us kneel before the LORD who made us.
For he is our God,
and we are the people he shepherds, the flock he guides.
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (x2)
Oh, that today you would hear his voice:
“Harden not your hearts as at Meribah,
as in the day of Massah in the desert,
Where your fathers tempted me;
they tested me though they had seen my works.”
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. (x2)
Preparation of the Gifts | We Will Serve Him
Here in the presence of the Lord
Here in this holy place
Giving Him thanks for all He does
Quietly seeking His face
So many times we’ve seen His hand
Guiding each step of the way
God put us here to make a stand
To serve Him ev’ry day
We will serve Him
for the rest of our days
We will serve Him
with the highest of praise
We’ll be His witness
no matter the cost
We’ll be His beacon
His light to the lost
We will serve the Lord, our God
for the rest of our days
Repeat Refrain, if necessary
Communion | We Walk By Faith
We walk by faith and not by sight
No gracious words we hear
From Christ who spoke as none e’er spoke
But we believe Him near
We may not touch the hands and side
Nor follow where He trod
Yet in the promise we rejoice and cry
We cry, “My Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You will always be the Lord of all of me”
Help then O Lord our unbelief
And may our faith abound
To call on You when You are near
And seek where You are found
Then when our life of faith is done
In realms of clearer light
We may behold You as You are
In full and endless sight
“My Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You will always be the Lord of all of me”
I believe You were born of a virgin’s womb
I believe You’re the Way, the Life, the Truth
I believe that You died so that we might live
I believe, I believe
I believe that You rose through the Father’s love
I beleive in the Spirit You breathed on us
Lord, I know though I doubt You will stand by me
Help my unbelief
“My Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You are my Lord and God
You will always be the Lord of all of me”
Closing | A Rightful Place
Let us live our lives so that all might see
that our hearts are restless till they rest in thee
Let us build your kingdom in truth and grace
so that all might know they have a rightful place
Beauty ever ancient and new
breaking through our deafness so we hear you
Shattering the darkness of night
a new dawn is rising to bring your light
to all the world
Let us live our lives so that all might see
that our hearts are restless till they rest in thee
Let us build your kingdom in truth and grace
so that all might know they have a rightful place
so that all might know they have a rightful place
so that all might know they have a rightful place
