Entrance | Blest Are They

Blest are they, the poor in spirit
theirs is the Kingdom of God
Blest are they who hunger and thirst
they shall have their fill

Rejoice and be glad
Blessed are you
holy are you
Rejoice and be glad
Yours is the Kingdom of God

Offertory | Prayer of St. Francis

Make me a channel of your peace,
Where there is hatred let me bring you love,
Where there is injury your pardon Lord,
And where there’s doubt true faith in you.

O Master grant that I may never seek,
So much to be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love with all my soul.

Make me a channel of your peace,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
In giving of ourselves that we receive.
And in dying that we’re born to eternal life.

Communion | My Heart Belongs to You

My heart, my heart belongs to You
My heart, my heart belongs to You
I could never leave You
You’re all that I need
My heart belongs to You

My life, my life belongs to You
My life, my life belongs to You
I could never leave You
You’re all that I need
My life belongs to You

My Lord and God
You’ve helped me to see
that my life is found
in Your holy mystery
that to live and die and rise
with You, with You

My soul, my soul belongs to You
My soul, my soul belongs to You
I could never leave You
You’re all that I need
My soul belongs to You

My heart belongs
my life belongs
my soul belongs to You

Recessional | Lead Me, Lord

Blessed are the poor in spirit,
longing for their Lord,
for God’s coming kingdom shall be theirs.

Blessed are the sorrowing,
for they shall be consoled,
and the meek shall come to rule the world.

Lead me, Lord, lead me, Lord,
by the light of truth
to seek and to find the narrow way.
Be my way; be my truth;
be my life, my Lord,
and lead me, Lord, today.
