Gathering | Our God Is Here

Here in this time
here in this place
here we are standing face to face

Here in our hearts
here in our lives
our God is here

Here for the broken
here for the strong
here in this temple we belong

Here in our hearts
here in our lives
our God is here

And we cry, “Holy! Holy! Holy are You!”
We cry, “Holy! Holy! Holy and true!”
Amen, we do believe our God is here
Our God is here

Preparation of the Gifts | The Greater Glory of God

Through ev’ry generation
You nourish and sustain
Your people blessed and broken
through ev’ry joy and pain
You weave our many stories
as one, though many parts
You shape us as one body
within Your sacred heart

That all may have life
that all may be one
that all we believe
and all we become
may be for the glory
the greater glory
may be for the glory of God

Communion | The Greatest Gift

Condemnation falls away
never more to call on me
And I am clean
Yes, I am clean

The powerful work of You in me
breaks the chains of guilt and shame
And I go free
Yes, I go free

I take them to Your cross
and leave them there
Captured by this grace
I’m free at last

It is the great gift of Your salvation
working in me
working in me
It is the life giving taste of Heaven
Your kindness revealed
Your kindness revealed to me

Repeat

Closing | Grateful

You are more than we imagine,
Ancient, Holy, Living Lord.
Even when we doubt your presence
you are faithful to your word.

Grateful for the life you give us,
thankful for your Holy Son,
joyful in your Spirit flowing
over all, O God of Love.
Grateful for the Bread of Heaven,
thankful for your Holy Word,
joyful in your mercy flowing,
we will praise you.
